Sierra offers 24 hour emergency service for your mission critical applications. We can also schedule after or before hours service for those times when your network cannot be down for routine maintenance or upgrades.
To request after hours emergency service, simply call us at 207-947-4199, and select option 1 to leave a message in the emergency mailbox. A technician will be paged and contact you within a half hour.
